TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PURCHASE RETURNS

Thank you for your purchase from Gahalu. While we strive to ensure customer satisfaction, in the event that you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth below.

 


 

1. Consumer Guarantees

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To begin a return, please contact our support team at gahaluau@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will assess your claim and provide instructions on how to return the goods.
3. Faulty or Damaged Items
  • Major Failure: If an item arrives damaged or develops a major fault, you can choose between a full refund, a replacement, or a store credit.
  • Minor Failure: For minor issues, we will repair the item or provide a replacement at our discretion.
  • Return Shipping: If a product is confirmed to have a major failure, we will reimburse you for reasonable return shipping costs or provide a pre-paid shipping label.
4. Change of Mind
  • Please choose carefully, as we are not legally required to provide a refund for change of mind (e.g., you found it cheaper elsewhere or ordered the wrong size).
5. Proof of Purchase
We require a digital tax invoice or order confirmation email to process all returns.
